From time to time, Build Your Own American Dream Home™, Ltd., Inc., holds free informational seminars to acquaint future homebuyers/builders with the way we conduct business and work with you.
Typically, our seminars last about 1 1/2 hours and are divided into 3 parts.
The first part explains how we work with you in constructing your American Dream Home™. From lot location, if required, to designs & plans, cost estimates and re-estimates, working with your Superintendent. . .all the way through to your move-in.
The second part is given by our Mortgage Banker. He explains the role of the mortgage banker; the differences in a single closing or two closings; the various kinds of loans needed before, during and long-term financing. He will also discuss closing costs and fees involved in the construction cycle.
Our third speaker is from the Title company. While this information is usually boring, it is part of the total package that you'll need to understand.
We also offer, for those who attend our seminars, a free construction cost estimate for your dream home. Just bring a rough house sketch, a magazine house design or complete plans to the seminar.
