About Our Subcontractors
BYOADH™ subcontractors go through a merit process before they are placed on our list of approved subcontractors. Many of our subcontractors have provided services for Morgan & Morgan Custom Homes for years. New subcontractors are checked and approved by BYOADH™ prior to being placed on the BYOADH™ list of "approved" subcontractors.
Mechanical Subcontractors are licensed in each county. Homebuyer/builders are responsible for having subcontractors sign a waiver before they begin work if they are not insured/bonded. Waiver forms are located in your Building Guide manual which you will receive from BYOADH™ at the time of closing.
BYOADH Inc. receives no monies, consideration or kick-backs from any title or mortgage company, sub-contractor or supplier for recommending these companies and individuals to its clients.
